Vitaquest has cultivated a global network of ingredient and materials partners. The search for ingredient partners is part of an ongoing effort by Vitaquest to stay at the cutting-edge of ingredient science.

Vitaquest maintains a rigorous supplier qualification program, consistent with industry best practices and compliant with current FDA requirements under the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA).

We work closely with our ingredient suppliers to understand how their production methods and quality standards. Issues such as sustainability, fair labor practices and traceability play an important role in supplier selection.

We regularly audit and qualify the facilities of our suppliers to ensure compliance with FDA current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP). Our work with suppliers is ongoing in support of continuous improvement. Securing necessary documentation for our customers’ own quality initiatives is an integral part of this process.
