This Privacy Policy and Terms of Use (the “Policy”) explains how Vitaquest (“we” or the “Company”) collects, uses, and maintains the personal information of our customers, users and website visitors (“you”).  It also sets forth your obligations with respect to your use of this website (the “Site”).

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to abide by the terms of this Policy, and to our collection, use, and maintenance of your personal information in accordance with this Policy. If you do not agree to this Policy, you should not use this Site or otherwise provide us with your personal information.

Information We Collect and Track

We may collect information from you (i) on this Site; (ii) from other websites and (iii) in email, text, and other electronic messages or other communications between you and us.  In doing so, there are two types of information we may collect about you:

  1. Personal information that you voluntarily provide when interacting on the Site, or voluntarily at certain other points (such as via forms or emails), for example if you sign up for email lists, leave a comment on our Site, or request a quote online.  Such information may include your name, professional affiliations, telephone number, email addresses, or other elements of personal information required to process your request. All text, images, graphics, sounds software code and other content (“Content”) on the Site are copyrighted property of the Company, its affiliates, or others. Applicable Law

This Policy will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to any principles of conflicts of law that would result in the application of the laws of another jurisdiction. You agree that any action at law or in equity that arises out of or relates to any use of the Site will be filed only in the state or federal courts located in the State of New Jersey and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action.

If any part of this Policy is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of this Policy shall continue in full force and effect.

You agree to accept that any notices we are required to send you will be effective upon the Company sending an e-mail message to the email address you have on file with the Company or publishing such notices on the Site. You are responsible for providing us with accurate contact information and we are not responsible for any failure to notify you due to your provision of inaccurate contact information.
