Vitaquest International LLC is pleased to welcome Martin Gargiule as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective October 12, 2026. With more than 25 years of financial leadership experience across the consumer health, pharmaceutical, and manufacturing industries, Martin brings valuable expertise to Vitaquest as the company continues to invest in its people, capabilities, and long-term growth.
Martin’s appointment is part of Vitaquest’s continued focus on strengthening its executive leadership team. Following the appointment of CEO Tim Condron in April and Chief Commercial Officer Luigi Cappello in September, his addition supports the company’s strategic priorities of enhancing customer-centricity, accelerating innovation, and remaining an employer of choice.
Bringing Financial Expertise to Vitaquest
Throughout his career, Martin has helped organizations navigate growth, improve financial operations, and build the systems needed to support long-term success.
Before joining Vitaquest, Martin served as Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller at Spectrum Vascular, a medical device manufacturer. In this role, he oversaw accounting, finance, IT, and human resources, led the implementation of a new enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, and managed the financial integration of two acquisitions.
He previously held leadership positions as Chief Financial Officer at Douglas Electrical Components and Vice President of Finance at Advantice Health, where he supported business growth and operational improvements.
This combination of financial and operational experience will be especially valuable as Vitaquest continues expanding its manufacturing capabilities and investing in solutions that help its customers succeed.

As Vitaquest celebrates its 50th anniversary in 2027, the company remains focused on building a strong foundation for the future.
